Würde ich zwar nur bedingt zustimmen, denn es gibt auch sehr schöne 3D Filme, aber natürlich bei manchen Filmen völlig zutreffend. Viktor Hertz ist verantwortlich für die schöne Illustration, die ich bei CMYBacon, der sich gerne vorstellt, dass da Studiochefs beisammen sitzen und sagen: “Well, the movie sucks. There’s no doubt about it. But if we make it 3D, people might not notice!” True Story.

Illustrator John Staub stell sich vor, wie Superman, Wonder Woman und Batman aussehen würden, wenn sie bereits im Mittelalter unter uns Menschen gewesen wären. Ganz besonders gefällt mir Superman. Klasse Idee.

For All You Crazy Zombie Lovers Out There

Zombies freak me out. They’re definitely in my top five of irrational fears. Despite my yellow belly, I continue to subject myself to this program and when I’m not peaking through my hoody like Kenny from South Park, I actually kinda dig it!

The promo poster for the first season of the AMC show based off of the Robert Kirkman comic lead me to my own interpretation as it’s such a great visual. And like a good zombie once there’s one, more are sure to follow.

Mondo ist eine Partnerschaft mit DC Comics eingangen. Lasst das erstmal sinken. Okay, gut. Das bedeutet, dass es bald Poster von Mondo zu DC Charakteren wie Batman, Superman, etc. geben wird. Amazing! Ich kann meine Freude darüber nicht im Zaun halten, auch wenn ich bisher immer zu langsam war um mir eines der Poster bzw. Prints zu ergattern (Woher auch meine Hassliebe gegenüber Mondo rührt; es könnte ja sowohl Limited als auch Non-Limited-Editionen geben). Wird morgen mit JC Richards “Fortress of Solitude”, der auch schon für den Jurassic Park Print, den ich mir irgendwann in einem Leben kaufen werde, verantwortlich war, wohl nicht anders.

According to artist Lora Zombie, superheroes even get depressed sometimes. It makes sense when I think about it. After all, life isn’t always perfect for them. I’m sure that ridding the world of evil and constantly being expected to save the planet must get tiring at times. Also, imagine how hard it must be for a superhero to find true love or even just to take a vacation. Yeah, I can understand that life might get depressing every now and then for them. These limited editi on prints are for sale over at Eyes on Walls for 50 bucks each.
