Wir hier bei PewPewPew sind ganz große Naturedoc-Nerds und freuen uns natürlich bereits riesig auf die Fortsetzung von BBCs The Blue Planet, der 2001er Serie über das Meer und seine Bewohner. Die Serie setzte damals neue Maßstäbe und konnte unter anderem Radiohead-Frontmann Thom Yorke zum Song “(ocean) bloom” inspirieren. 16 Jahre später arbeitete Hans Zimmer mit der Band zusammen, um den Song als Soundtrack für den Nachfolger Blue Planet II umzugestalten.

Pointillism, BBC’s Blue Planet, and Radiohead’s track “Bloom” from The King of Limbs all come together in a wild mashup of influences.
