Erst neulich fragte ich mich noch: Hey, was machen eigentlich die Vines? Die fand ich damals bei ihrem Durchbruch 2002 ziiiemlich dufte. Hab’s dann aber wieder vergessen. Edgar Wright, Regisseur von “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World”, bloggte dann aber glücklicherweise über die neue Single “Gimme Love”. Ihm gefiel’s. Dass Wright überhaupt darüber bloggt, liegt daran, dass schnell die Leute befürchteten, dass hier ein Streit entstehen könnte. Denn sowohl Sound als auch Video von “Gimme Love” sind unverkennbar von Sex Bob-Omb, der Band von Comic-Charakter Scott Pilgrim, entnommen. Aber Wright fühlt sich geschmeichelt. Alles gut. Yeah.
